No, we don’t operate the tours ourselves. Holo Holo Passport is a platform that resells and promotes tours, activities, and programs run by locally owned businesses across O‘ahu, Maui, Kaua‘i, and Hawai‘i Island. We’re here to connect you with the people and places that make Hawai‘i special.
Who do I contact regarding my booking?
Your confirmation email will include the contact information (email + phone number) for the tour or activity provider. Can’t find it? Feel free to send us a copy of your confirmation, and we’ll help you get in touch.
What are the fees associated with booking?
Here are some common fees you may see at checkout:
GET (General Excise Tax): A state tax on businesses that’s often passed on to the customer.
OSF (Ocean Stewardship Fee): Per person fee that helps fund coral reef conservation and marine protection efforts.
DLNR Fees: Support the maintenance and protection of state lands and resources.
Booking Fee: Charged by the reservation software used by operators to process your booking.
These fees help support environmental conservation, public lands, and local infrastructure.
